About the Event
On October 15, 2025 in Hanoi & October 17, 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City, Qualcomm, in collaboration with the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (Hanoi) and Eastern International University (Ho Chi Minh City) will co-host the event:
“L2Pro Viet Nam Launch & QVIC 2026 Kickoff: From Innovation to IP ”.
Designed for students, startups, innovators, and businesses, L2Pro helps learners understand and apply patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets to protect their innovations and enhance competitiveness.
The program has already been successfully implemented in America, India, Taiwan, Africa — and now it’s coming to Viet Nam.

L2Pro (Learn to Protect) is a non-profit online training program developed by Qualcomm to:
- Build IP awareness among students, startups, Innovators and businesses.
- Provide structured learning modules on patents, trademarks, copyrights, and IP commercialization.
- Support innovators in transforming ideas into strategic, protected assets with global scalability.

October – December 2025: Application Phase
- Workshops are held in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang. Applications can be submitted online via website QVIC
January – February 2026: Shortlisting Phase
- Top 30 projects will be selected from startups and the innovation ecosystem
March – April 2026: Incubation Phase
- Top 30 projects will participate in training sessions on intellectual property, business development, and receive funding support for patent registration
May – August 2026: Acceleration Phase
- Top 15 projects will be selected for intensive technical support, advanced business training, and funding for patent registration and product development
August 2026: Showcase Day
- The SHOWCASE DAY will determine the Top 3 outstanding projects and 2 special awards
September 2026: Follow-up Support Program
- QVIC also provides support in connecting with commercial opportunities, exhibitions, customers, partners, and investors on a global network
